Attorney Jeffrey W. Oppenheim received his B.A., cum laude, from Bowdoin College in 1976 and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1979. Attorney Oppenheim has been in private practice, specializing in business and professional counseling, residential and commercial financing and conveyancing, wills and trusts, elder law, estate planning and administration, since 1986. Attorney Oppenheim is a member of the Massachusetts and Barnstable County Bar Associations, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Real Estate Bar Association, New England Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution, and Cape Mediation, Inc. (formerly Cape Cod Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.)

Attorney Oppenheim is also a trained mediator, and has been resolving disputes through his law practice in Falmouth, MA for 27 years. He received his formal mediation training in 1993 through the Cape Cod Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., and advanced Elder Law mediation training in 2006. He uses his mediation skills as a court appointed conservator, guardian, trustee, commissioner and as a volunteer mediator at the Falmouth District Court.

Attorney Kathleen Lang Eppers graduated from Grinnell College in 1995, and received a Masters of Science degree from Southern Illinois University in 1997. She received her law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2003, where she was an active member of Phi Delta Phi. She has also studied at the University of Lund in Lund, Sweden. Prior to joining the firm she was a law clerk at the Justice Department and practiced for one and a half years on Cape Cod. She is admitted to the Massachusetts and Missouri bars, and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. Attorney Eppers’ practice is focused on real estate conveyancing, estate planning, estate administration and business law.
