From the Sagamore Bridge (using Route 3):

Just before going over the bridge, take the right off-ramp, for Falmouth and the Bourne Bridge. Follow the Cape Cod Canal road and follow signs for the Bourne Bridge/Falmouth/Islands, then follow directions below.

From Bourne Bridge (using Route 495/25):

At the rotary after crossing the bridge, take Route 28 South heading towards Falmouth and The Islands. You'll go through another rotary at the Mass Military Reservation, keep heading towards Falmouth (still Route 28). As you are coming into town, the highway will narrow to a single-lane highway. Go straight at set of lights, where the Falmouth Hospital entrance will be on your right. Route 28 has now turned into Palmer Avenue. Stay on Palmer Avenue and that will turn into Locust Street (at a Y-intersection, where you bear right). You'll be heading towards Woods Hole and pass a Tedeschi's convenience store on the right. After you pass the convenience store, the second road on the left is Pin Oak Way. Turn left onto Pin Oak Way. Our office is at the corner of Locust Street and Pin Oak Way, a gray ranch house on the right.

From Hyannis, Barnstable:

Follow Route 28 South towards Falmouth and the Islands. You will come to the Mashpee Rotary. At the Rotary, take the second exit for Route 151. Follow Route 151 to the exit for Route 28 South. You will be on a divided highway. After a few miles, the highway will narrow to a double-lane road. Go straight at set of lights. Route 28 has now turned into Palmer Avenue. Stay on Palmer Avenue and that will turn into Locust Street (at a Y-intersection, where you bear right). You'll be heading towards Woods Hole and pass a Tedeschi's convenience store on the right. After you pass the convenience store, the second road on the left is Pin Oak Way. Turn left onto Pin Oak Way. Our office is at the corner of Locust Street and Pin Oak Way, a gray ranch house on the right.
