Mediation
Services
Mediation is a process of dispute resolution
wherein the parties meet with a mutually selected impartial
and neutral person who assists them in the negotiation of
their differences. Attorney
Oppenheim trained as a Mediator in 1993, and received advanced
training in 2006 as an Elder Mediator. He offers alternative dispute resolution to individuals, families and organizations
in a wide array of substantive areas. Attorney Oppenheim
has been a Hearing Officer for both the Falmouth Housing Authority
and the Falmouth Conservation Commission. He has been appointed as a conservator, guardian and trustee by the Barnstable Probate Court, and regularly volunteers his services as a mediator at the Falmouth District Court.
